Drink My Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

With fall weather in the air (sort of...80's in October??!!) and pumpkin everything all around us, I am excited to share my vegan pumpkin smoothie recipe with you! Don't get caught up in the fake, chemical laden "pumpkin" foods and drinks all around you. My version is a clean, healthy choice loaded with real pumpkin, real flavor and real nutrition.

Being so unusually warm here in the NorthEast, smoothies will still cool you down on these warm Fummer / Summ-all Days. The secret ingredient behind by my fall spice, aside from using real pumpkin puree is Simply Beyond's Organic Spray on Spices. Chef Via Melissa’s Drink My Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

Serves 1

1/2 cup canned pumpkin

1/2 frozen banana

1 serving Amazing Grass vanilla vegan protein powder

1 cup vanilla coconut or almond milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 light spray Simply Beyond Pumpkin Spice

OR dash of cinnamon, ginger & allspice

Dash sea salt

1 tsp chia

1/2 cup ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a high power blender

Mix until smoothe
